WIth its hand-embroidered bow and winter greens details on front and back, this basket is full of festive cheer. Our hand-crocheted raffia baskets are soft, lightweight, ethically made, and ready to stuff with presents or winter covers and pillows. Please note that this basket is a little floppy when empty. It does stand on it's own, but it's lightweight materials make it drape slightly almost like a fabric. 

Craftspring designed and produced these beautifully hand-crocheted baskets with an NGO in Madagascar. Their main mission is to reduce poverty and protect the environment. They work with farmers to restore land that has been deforested, and plant native grass and trees that not only support local wildlife but can also be harvested and turned into income generating products, such as our baskets.
