For an additional $8, we will Gift Wrap your item(s) together in one beautifully wrapped gift, tied with a ribbon. To include a gift message, simply let us know in the Notes section at Checkout, and we will handwrite a note to be included in your package.
Have special requests for your Gift Wrap? Send us a note to online@craftspring.com with your order number and we would be happy to accommodate your request.
How do I use a Promotional Code?

Enter your code on the Checkout Page in the box that appears above your subtotal. Please note, only one promotional code may be used per order. If a Promotional Code causes your subtotal to drop below $100, your order will no longer qualify for free standard shipping.

Gift Card codes are entered in the same field as Discount Codes on the Checkout Page. A Gift Card may be used in addition to a promotional code. The value of any unused balance on your Gift Card will be stored in our system, and the same code may be entered at a later date to redeem the remainder of the Gift Card.

Unfortunately, we cannot apply discounts to orders that are placed before or after the sale. We announce our sales ahead of time via our newsletter, so make sure to sign up to be the first to know.

Yes, we do! You can choose Local Pickup at checkout to collect your order at our Brooklyn Storefront (287 3rd Ave., Brooklyn, NY 11215). Your order will be ready to pick up within 1-2 days during our regular storefront hours. Please note that orders will be put back into our inventory if they are not picked up within 1 month, and we cannot guarantee that they will be available after that time.

We ship to all countries via USPS First Class International shipping. This service only guarantees tracking updates while the package is in the U.S. If you would like to upgrade to USPS Priority International Shipping or UPS Worldwide shipping, please choose your preferred option at checkout. If standard international shipping is unreliable in your country, please get in touch with us to inquire about courrier options such as DHL.
For international shipments, we cannot take charge of the customs fees – so they are not included in our shipping charges. You would be responsible for paying them in your home country.
How long will it take to receive my order?

We will ship your order within 1-2 business days. Our standard shipping service is USPS First Class, which takes about 3-5 days in transit to US addresses, and about 7-10 days to addresses outside the U.S.. You can also choose to upgrade your shipping service at checkout to Priority or Priority Express if you need your order faster.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with shipment confirmation and a tracking number.

If the tracking information indicates that your order was delivered, check everywhere--occasionally carriers leave deliveries with neighbors, building managers, or places such as your porch, garage, or even behind bushes (we’ve heard it all!).
If you still cannot find it, reach out to us, and we will do everything possible to assist you. However, as a small business, we unfortunately cannot replace packages that are lost by the mail carrier or stolen from the delivery location.
If you have concerns with your package being delivered, Craftspring offers Priority USPS shipping at an additional cost, which includes USPS insurance up to $100.

We want you to fall in love with your Craftspring products. If for some reason you are not delighted, let us know within 30 days of receiving your package. If the item(s) are in their original condition with tags attached, you may send it back to us for a full refund.

Refunds are processed within 3 days from when we receive the returned item(s).

If your order arrives with damaged or incorrect items, we will of course pay for return shipping and send you a replacement as soon as possible. Please send a photo of the issue to online@craftspring.com, and we will send you a return shipping label.
If you simply changed your mind and would like to return items, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
