Craftspring designed and produced these beautifully hand-crocheted baskets with an NGO in Madagascar. Their main mission is to reduce poverty and protect the environment. They work with farmers to restore land that has been deforested and plant native grass and trees that not only support local wildlife but can also be harvested and turned into income generating products, such as our baskets.
